We would like to thank everyone that attended our May event hosted at the Sherburn White Rose Football Club. It’s great for us to be able to host our events in local venues and showcase these to members. With 60+ of you in the room, we hope you enjoyed the presentation from our trio of health & wellbeing experts – Melanie Larkin from Sustain Health & Lifestyle Coaching, Bex Williams from Run Further Coaching and Wade Benn from WHYNOTBuild Fitness. Each of them gave us their top tips and talked through a lot of myths we all historically believed (until now!).
