Members recently had another great meeting together at The Old Girls’ School Sherburn and Villages Community Trust. Breakfast and networking was followed by updates, shoutouts and a talk from Sherburn Town Council.
They spoke about the facilities and assets they manage and told members about all the events they are putting on this year.
They mentioned some of the improvements the council have made including refurbishing the tennis courts, bowls green, the pétanque area and garden. A very interesting overview and update.
The event then concluded with further networking and potential collaborations between local businesses and community organisations.
